Farmer’s Cheese Pierogi Filling

FARMERS CHEESE PIEROGI FILLING

INGREDIENTS:
1 to 1-1/2 pounds of Farmer’s Cheese
1 egg, beaten
1 teaspoon sugar
1/4 teaspoon nutmeg

DIRECTIONS:
Mix all ingredients. Refrigerate until cold.
Use 1 teaspoonful per pieroghi.

Makes 4-5 dozen.
